Recipe - Maple Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
Maple Whipped Cream recipe makes 100 Servings
1 cup Butter
One fourth teaspoon Gelatin powder, unsweetened
1 One fourth cup Maple syrup
1 teaspoon Cold water
Recipe by: Wisconsin Maple Producers Council Aniwa, WI. 54408 Whip butter
in an electric mixer until fluffy. Slowly drizzle maple syrup on butter.
Soak gelatin in cold water, then dissolve over hot water. Cool slightly and
add slowly to butter. Mix well.
Makes about 2 cups.
