Ingredients:
Maple Syrup Nut Cake recipe makes 12 Servings
2 One fourth cup Flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Maple syrup
One half cup Milk
1 cup Chopped nuts
One half cup White sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Soft shortening
2 Eggs
Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add syrup, shortening and milk;
beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Add choppeed nuts and mix
well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9" pans. Bake in 350ø oven for 25 to
