Recipe - Maple Sweet Potatoes

6 md Sweet potatoes
One half cup Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Apple juice
One half cup Water

sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and slice into baking dish. Heat
remaining ingredients to the point of boiling and pour over potatoes and
bake at 300 F for 1 hour.

Serves 46.
