Recipe - Maple Orange Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cup Orange juice; fresh or
frozen
One fourth cup Pure maple syrup
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt; OR
sour cream

Combine orange juice, syrup and sugar in pan; sprinkle with the gelatin.
Heat gently, stirring, until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. In a
small bowl, add some orange juice mixture to yogurt or sour cream, blend
thoroughly. Add to contents of pan, stir until blended. Turn into serving
dishes or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate several hours.

Makes 6 (One half cup) servings. Per serving: 151 calories, 1 gram fat using
