Recipe - Maple Oatmeal Drops

One half cup Butter
One half cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 Egg
One half cup Maple syrup (dark)
1/3 cup Dairy sour cream
1 Three fourths cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth cup Rolled oats (quick)
In a small bowl or mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, maple syrup and sour cream. Beat well. Mix flour, baking soda,
cinnamon, ginger and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats. Drop by
spoonful on greased pan. Bake at 375ø 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon
