Maple Mousse Filling recipe makes 1 Servings
3 Egg yolks
4 One half ounce Warm maple syrup
3 ounce Boiling water
1 tablespoon Gelatin
10 2/3 ounce Cream; (35 percent)
Beat egg yolks and warm maple syrup until thickened. Sprinkle gelatin over
boiling water and slowly add to the first mixture. Whip cream until frothy
and fold into the preparation.
