One half cup Maple syrup
4 Egg yolks
Salt
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half cup Cream
One half cup Pecanse; chopped
Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and whipped
cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
