Recipe - Maple Gravy

3 tablespoon Fat from roast turkey
drippings; or butter
3 tablespoon All purpose flour
One half cup Reserved turkey cooking
juices; or chicken stock
1 One fourth cup Chicken stock; or giblet
stock
One half cup Pure maple syrup
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
Heat turkey fat in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir
constantly 23 minutes until flour turns golden. Slowly stir in remaining
ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer mixture about 10 minutes,
stirring frequently until gravy thickens.
