Ingredients:
Maple-Apple Syrup recipe makes 6 Servings
One half cup Maple syrup
2 tablespoon Apple cider
3 sl (1/8inchthick) fresh
ginger
Combine syrup, cider and ginger root in small heavybottomed pan. Simmer 10
minutes. Strain out ginger slices. Serve hot. Makes about One half cup.
