Recipe - Manx Meatballs

1 pound Extralean ground beef
One fourth cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 Egg
2 tablespoon Ketchup
One half cup Dry bread crumbs
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450øF. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix
well. Shape into small balls, and place on broiler rack. Bake until brown,
10 to 15 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate to store. Typed in
