Recipe - Manthas Glazed Pork Back Ribs

3 pound Pork back ribs
Three fourths cup Maple syrup
2 tablespoon Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon Chili sauce or ketchup
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
Boil ribs in water until tender (1 to 2 hours). In a separate pot, bring
all other ingredients to a boil and let cook for 20 minutes. Remove from
heat. Let chill. Marinate the sauce on the ribs for 2 hours in the
refrigerator. Barbecue or broil the ribs for 20 minutes and continue to
glaze.
