Recipe - Manhattan Turkey A La King

8 ounce Noodles wide
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pound Turkey or chicken, boneless
Cut into strips
Salt and pepper
14 One half ounce Pasta style chunky tomatoes
1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 Onion chopped
2 Celery stalks cut or sliced up
1 cup Mushrooms cut or sliced up
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large
skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or
until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir
in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or til thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve
over cooked noodles. 309 cal., 8 g fat, 23% fat from calories
