Ingredients:
Mango Smoothie recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Ripe mango; peeled, pitted,
chopped, (approx. 11/4
cups)
Three fourths cup Milk; skim, chilled
One fourth cup Nonfat vanilla yogurt
Three fourths teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 Ice cubes
1 pn Salt
Fresh mint sprigs
Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and
creamy. Garnish with mint.
