Recipe - Mango Fool

Ingredients:

1 Container (16oz) of fat free
yoghurt
One fourth teaspoon Cardamon
2 Ripe mangoescut int 2"
chunks
1/8 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Freshly grated ginger
Raspberries and cut or sliced up mango
for garnish

Place yoghurt in cheesecloth and let drain into bowl.Take this drained
yoghurt and mix with remaining ingredients. Chill for about 2 hours.Garnish
with raspberries and mango slices. Serves 4 generously.
