Recipe - Mango Dessert

Ingredients:

2 md Mangos, Soft, Ripe
1 Lime
2 tablespoon Sugar, To 3 T
Juice Of 1 Lime And Some Of
The Pulp
Grand Marnier, Optional,
**Note

*NOTE: Can use any other liqueur you prefer if you want...optional.

Peel, the mango and cut the flesh in chunks off the pit. Put the chunks
into a bowl. Add 2 3 T sugar, juice and some pulp from the lime. Julienne
a piece of the lime rind and add that to the bowl. If you are adding
liqueur put that in also. Mix gently. Let marinade for a while in the
refrigerator to blend flavors. Serve.
