Recipe - Mango Custard

4 Fresh mangos; peeled, cut or sliced up
1 cn (5.33oz) evaporated milk
One half cn (14oz) sweetened condensed
milk
1 tablespoon Amaretto liqueur
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed of an
electric mixer for 5 minutes.
2. Chill thoroughly before serving. Two 16oz. cans cut or sliced up mangos and 1/2
cup of the juice may be used instead of fresh mangos.
