Recipe - Mandarin Rotini Skillet

2 One half cup Rotini; uncooked
1 pound Ground beef; or turkey
2 Cloves garlic; minced
14 One half ounce Tomatoes; canned, minced ,
drained
16 ounce Frozen mixed Oriental
vegetables
8 ounce Tomato sauce; canned
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce; optional
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 cup Sargento 4 Cheese Country
Blend
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water.
Brown ground beef with garlic; drain. Stir in vegetables, tomatoes, tomato
sauce, hosin sauce and soy sauce. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 5 minutes
or until vegetables are heated through.
Stir in pasta and 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and
heat 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and pasta is heated through.
