Recipe - Mandarin Orange Salad Dressing

One half cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
2/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
One half cup Honey
1 teaspoon Minced onion
1 tablespoon Celery salt
2 cup Oil
Mandarin orange sections

Combine all of the ingredients except oil and oranges and beat well. Add
the oil and beat until wellmixed and nearly transparent. Wonderful over
spinach leaves. Garnish with Mandarin orange sections before serving.
Makes
3 One half cups.
