Recipe - Mandarin Orange Dressing

1 One fourth cup Vegetable oil
One half cup Sesame oil
One half cup White vinegar
One fourth cup Tamari soy sauce
One half cup Orange marmalade
One fourth cup Honey
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Three fourths teaspoon Minced garlic in oil
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
1 Egg white
One half cup Mandarin orange sections;
chopped in halves
In large mixing bowl (or in processor or blender), combine oils, vinegar,
soy, marmalade, honey, cayenne, garlic and ginger. In a small bowl with a
clean whisk, beat egg white until frothy. Beat egg white into dressing
mixture or pulse in processor for 30 seconds. Add orange pieces to the
dressing, cover and refrigerate. Serve with salads or use as marinade or
