Recipe - Manchurian Sauce

One half cup Soy sauce
One half cup Vegetable stock
One half cup Green onion; thinly cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger root; minced
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
One half teaspoon Wasabi; (or One half tsp minced
jalapeno pepper)
In a mediumsized bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well
blended. Regrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
NOTES : If you are watching your sodium intake, substitute one of the
lowsodium varieties of soy sauce, but keep in mind that these may still be
quite high in salt.
