Recipe - Mamas Pineapple Date Nut Bread

1 Egg
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Butter; melted
1 cup Crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup Pecans; chopped
1 cup Dates; chopped
2 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
Three fourths cup Sugar
Beat egg; add milk, butter, pineapple, nuts and dates. Blend dry
ingredients and add to fruit and nut mixture. Bake in 9" x 5" x 3" loaf
pan, which has been greased and floured. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1
hour and 15 minutes.
