Recipe - Madonna Salad

1 pack (small) apricot jello
One half cup Sugar (scant)
1 cn (small) crushed pineapple
(in it's own juice, if in
syrup, decrease sugar by
1/2)
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese
1 Jar (large) apricot babyfood
with tapioca
1 Container (8 oz) of Cool
Whip
Mix jello, sugar, crushed pineapple & it's juice in a pan & bring to a
boil. Cool. Cream together, cream cheese & jar of baby food. Combine with
cooled mixture & fold in Cool Whip.
Chill at least 2 hours or more before serving.
