Recipe - Mackies Noodle Kugel

One fourth pound Butter
4 Eggs
One half pound Cooked egg noodles
8 ounce Sour cream
8 ounce Pineapple cottage cheese
8 ounce Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 cn (approx 15 oz) cut or sliced up
peaches; drains

And yet another recipe from my Mom's side of the family...My cousin Marilyn
is a fabulous cookin fact, she has her own shop and makes cookie bouquet
gift baskets here in NJ!
This is my favorite noodle kugel. She made and served it at my wedding
reception (which she and my Aunt and Uncle catered themselves!) Too bad
the marriage wasn't sweet and rich like the kugel!G Like my illfated
marriage, this kugel won't lastbut after the kugel, everyone will be
smiling!
Cream butter, sour cream, cottage and cream cheeses. Combine sugar, milk
and noodles and add to butter mixture.
Grease a 13"x9" baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes, then
lower to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
Serve warm *or* cold!
