One fourth cup Skim milk
Three fourths ounce Mozzarella cheese; part skim
milk, grated
Three fourths ounce Cheddar cheese; grated
1 ds White pepper
In a medium saucepan combine macaroni, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook over
low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, until cheeses are melted
NOTES : 11 points per serving
