Recipe - Macaroni And Hot Dog Casserole

2 tablespoon Shortening
1 lg Onion, minced
1 One half qt Tomato juice
1 pound Hot dogs, cut up
1 Beef bouillon cube
1 pack (1 lb) macaroni

Saute onions and shortening together until onion is clear, add minced
hotdogs. Add tomato juice and bouillon cube; simmer while macaroni cooks.
Cook macaroni until done; drain, add to tomato juice and hot dogs. Makes
large iron skillet full.

This came from Donna Partigianoni in Leesville, LA Donna it sounds yummy,
can't wait to try it myself.
