One half pound Ground beef
One half pound Bulk pork sausage
1 md Onion
1 cn Tomato paste (6 oz)
1 cup Water
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Salt
4 cup Elbow macaroni; cooked
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese;
shredded
Recipe by: Hunt's Tomato Paste Recipe Collection In a 10inch skillet,
brwon beef, sausage and onion; drain fat.
Add tomato paste, water, oregano and salt; simmer 5 minutes.
In a 2 One half quart casserole layer half the macaroni, half the meat sauce and
half the cheese. Repeat layers using remaining macaroni, meat sauce and
cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
