Recipe - Macaroni Verde

Ingredients:
Macaroni Verde recipe makes 4 Servings
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach,
cooked and slightly drained
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1 ds Pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Low fat cottage cheese
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
One half teaspoon Dried basil
4 cup Cooked macaroni
In a blender, combine all except the pasta. Blend until smooth. Pour over
hot pasta and reheat till hot. (If this seems a bit dry, you can add a
little milk.) Serve sprinkled with some additional parmesan.
