Recipe - Macadamia Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients:

One fourth cup Pan drippings from turkey
roasting pan
One half cup Chopped onions
Three fourths cup Chopped celery
4 cup Dry bread cubes
One half cup Chopped macadamia nuts
One half cup Or to taste frsh minced ripe
pineapple (omit if you dont
want it)
1 cup Turkey stock (chicken is
fine too)
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Poultry seasoning to taste
(optional)

Saute onions and celery crisp tender in the turkey drippings.Stir in bread
cubes, nuts and pineapple. Pour on warm stock and eggs.Season to
taste.Place in casserole and cover and bake in moderate oven till well
heated .Serve along with the turkey.Serves 6
