Recipe - Macadamia Mahi-Mahi

1 Mahimahi fillet (2 lb)
1 ct (8 oz) Pina Colada yogurt
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup (3 One half oz) Macadamia nuts
Place mahimahi in bag. Add yogurt & mix thoroughly to coat.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahimahi in baking
pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove to
serving platter; sprinkle with toasted nuts & serve.
