Recipe - Luscious Butterscotch Yams

2 cn Yams (17oz.each); well
drained
One half cup White Karo syrup
One half cup Firmly packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon

Place yams in a 9x13inch baking dish. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes. In
suacepan, mix remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly;
boil 5 minutes. Pour over yams; continue baking, basting often, 15 minutes
longer.
