Recipe - Lus Red Onion Salsa

1 One half cup Red onion; finely chopped
1 md Tomato; finely chopped
4 Green onions; chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced
One fourth cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
Tortilla chips
Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips iin a glass or plastic bowl.
Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours but not longer than 2 days. Makes
about 2 cups of salsa
