Recipe - Lunch Bars

2 cup All Bran OR granola cereal
OR rolled oats
Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup (or less) honey
1 Banana, mashed
One half cup Melted butter or margarine
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Combine and spread into greased 11 x 7 baking pan. Crush One half C more of
cereal and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Cool a bit and cut
into squares.
