Recipe - Lumpia Sauce

3 Cloves garlic, crushed
One half cup Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
1 Red chiles, finely chopped
Mix all together at least one day prior to serving.
NOTES : A must for lumpia. Dip those little lumpia into this sauce and
your tastebuds will kiss you!
