Recipe - Lukes Magic Fudge

100 g Butter
One half cup Cocoa
One fourth cup Milk
4 cup Icing sugar
2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Alcohol to taste i.e.rum or
The mighty 'Bailey's Irish
Cream!'

Mix all ingredients into microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2 minutes on
high, stirring frequently. Mix some more until niiiice and smoooooth.
Put in a tin with grease proof paper on bottom and refridgerate until
set. Cut into blocks and munch. Mmmmm....:)
