Recipe - Lucys Applesauce Cake

1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Shortening
1 One half cup Apples chopped
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Walnuts
1 teaspoon Soda water
1 cup Flour
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients well and spread into an 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 F
for 25 to 30 minutes.
