Recipe - Lucilles Carolina Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

1 qt White Vinegar
1 One half pound Sugar
One half teaspoon Black Pepper
One fourth Cinnamon Stick
1 One half teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin
One half teaspoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 ounce Red Wine Vinegar
1 qt Prepared Mustard
2 tablespoon Pureed Garlic
2 tablespoon Pureed Onion
1 One half cup Honey
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Grated Orange Peel
2 tablespoon Pureed Shallots

Mix all ingredients well. Adjust sweetness and salt to taste.

Makes about One half gallon sauce.
