Recipe - Luau Lemonade

ALCOHOL FREE ENT
2 sl Fresh pineapple
1 ounce Confectioners' sugar
One half ounce Raspberry syrup OR juice
from canned red raspberries
1 Ice cube
2 ounce Club soda
Lemon slice, garnish
Lemonade made with no lemons. 10 ounce Collins glass Combine in blender
pineapple, sugar, syrup and ice. Blend until smooth. Add club soda and
blend 10 sec more. Serve over ice.
