One fourth cup Unsalted butter
1 1/3 cup Onions; minced
One half pound Lox or smoked salmon;
chopped
8 Eggs; beaten just to combine
white and yolks
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over low
heat. Saut‚ onions 34 minutes until very soft but not brown. Stir in lox
and cook 12 minutes. Add eggs. Turn heat to very low and gently stir until
eggs are set. Serve immediately.
This recipe serves 4 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size
pan, it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 1.The
