Recipe - Lower-Fat: Sesame Salmon Dip

2 cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Margarine; chilled and cut i
8 ounce Vanilla nonfat yogurt
Recipe by: Colleen Porter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first five
ingredients in a bowl; cut in margarine (with pastry blender) until like
coarse meal. Add yogurt, stirring just until moistened. Plop onto a floured
surface and knead 46 times. Make two balls, pat each until 1/2" thick
(perhaps 6" across) and cut each circle into 68 wedges. Place each wedge
evenly spaced on a cookie sheet which has been coated with nonstick spray.
Bake 512 minutes, or until lightly brown.
