Recipe - Lowcountry Caviar

Ingredients:

16 ounce Cooked blackeyed peas
1 cup Finely chopped peppers
1 cup Finely chopped onions
1 small Jar chopped pimientos;
drained
1 small Jar finely chopped
jalapenos; drained
One half tablespoon Fresh chopped garlic
1 cup Golden Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of
the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla
chips.
