Recipe - Low Calorie Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars

2 small Apples; chopped, leave
peeling on
2/3 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1 One half ounce Uncooked oatmeal
2 tablespoon Smooth peanut butter
Artificial sweetener to
equal 4 tsp. sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla flavoring
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Apple pie spice
Combine all ingredients. Spray 8 inch pan with Pam. Press mixture into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Great
breakfast bar.
