Recipe - Low Calorie Cherry Cheese Dessert

1 One half cup Graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoon Butter melted
2 3oz boxes cherry gelatin;
(sugar free)
1 cup Boiling water
2 Container; (16oz.) lowfat
cottage cheese
1 Container; (8oz.) lite Cool
Whip

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into bottom of a
13² pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In blender or food processor
blend gelatin mixture and cottage cheese until smooth. Pour over graham
cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. When firm spread Cool Whip
over top. Makes about 8 servings.
