1 Angel food cake cut into
1inch cubes
1 pack Sugarfree vanilla pudding
1 Container; (8 oz) Cool Whip
Lite
1 pt Fresh strawberries
1 pt Fresh blueberries
2 cup Skim milk
Prepare pudding according to package using skim milk. Add container of Cool
Whip (reserve some for garnish).
Place 1/3 of angel cake cubes in bottom of glass bowl (about 3 quart bowl).
Top with 1/3 pudding mixture and half of the container of strawberries.
Layer another 1/3 of the angel cake cubes, 1/3 pudding mixture and half of
the container of blueberries.
Repeat last layer of 1/3 angel cake cubes and 1/3 pudding mixture.
Garnish with blueberries and strawberries and reserved cool whip.
YIELD:12 servings 190 calories per serving.
