Recipe - Low-Fat Turkey Lasagna Sauce

1 pound Ground turkey
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Onion chopped
2 Garlic cloves minced
3 Tomatoes peeled and
Chopped
6 ounce Tomato paste
2 tablespoon Oregano chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
1 cup Red wine dry
Black pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in heavy skillet with lid; saute onion and garlic for 45
minutes until limp. Add turkey and cook, breaking up meat, until no pink
color remains. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Add
a small amount of water if sauce appears to be getting too dry. 3. Let
stand 15 minutes before serving over spaghetti.
