Recipe - Low-Fat Granola

4 cup Oats
1 cup Toasted wheat germ
One half cup Chopped toasted nuts (or
Maybe not!)
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Honey or maple syrup
Toast oats only in 300 degree oven, stirring often till gragrant and
beginning to turn golden. When done, stir in other ingredients. Cool
completely.
