Recipe - Low-Fat Fettucini Alfredo

12 ounce Dry fettucini
2 cup Evaporated Skim milk
4 Cloves Garlic minced or
6 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
One fourth cup Chopped fresh parsley
Ground pepper to taste
2 cup Chopped and steamed
Vegetables of choice
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Place pasta in a large nontick
saute' pan along with milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring
frequently. Add cheese. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce
thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper. Add steamed vegetables. Use
carrots broccoli onions peas,beans 179 Cal, 15g Protein, 4g Fat, 23g Carb,
11 mg Chol; and 320mg Sodium
