Ingredients:
Low-Fat Creme Caramel recipe makes 1 Servings
Three fourths cup Sugar
One half cup Water
3 Eggs
2 Egg whites
2 cup Evaporated skim milk
3 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Heat oven to 350. In saucepan combine One half cup sugar and water boil until
mediumbrown. Place 1 tablespoon in each of 6 custard cups. In a bowl mix eggs,
whites, milk, syrup, sugar and salt. Strain into cups. Place cups in baking
pan and add water to reach 1/2" up cups. Bake 3540 min until knife comes
