Recipe - Low-Fat Crab Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound Crabmeat (Fresh)
2 tablespoon Capers
1 Egg well beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Kraft Nonfat mayo
2 tablespoon Skim Evaporated milk
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1 teaspoon Dried dillweed
1 teaspoon Tabasco
2 tablespoon Caloriereduced margarine
1/3 cup Grated parmesan

Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon
mixture into 6 wellsprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking
dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 2530 minutes.
