Recipe - Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup Fatfree cottage cheese; (8
oz.)
1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt; (8 oz.)
2 tablespoon Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Crumbed blue cheese
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, onion and
garlic. Process until smooth. Stir in blue cheese. Stor, covered in
refrigerator. Yield; 1 Three fourths cups. Diabetic Exchanges: One serving (1 Tbsp.)
equals a fee food; also, 11 calories, 34 mg. sodium, 1 mg. cholesterol, 1
