One fourth cup AllPurpose Flour
3 cup LowFat (1%) Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
pn Nutmeg
Three fourths cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pound Cooked Fettuccine
Melt butter. Add flour; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Whisk in milk, salt,
pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, whisking; reduce and simmer, stirring
occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta. ~
